TBR FitLink: EXTRA SESSIONS ADDED DUE TO POPULAR DEMAND
TBR FitLink is a live online dryland training platform where athletes receive live coaching and can engage as a group for training sessions whilst at home.
In contrast to the self directed training on the TBR Athlete Portal, the TBR FitLink allows user to engage socially and be motivated/pushed by a trainer!
Classes are limited to a maximum of 10 athletes per class to ensure the coach can give necessary feedback to all participants. Online classes will not be available for purchase once booked out - first in/paid for each week will get to book.
SCHEDULE for Week starting 7 April:
Tuesday session 1 - 4pm Power Circuits
Tuesday session 2 - 5pm Power Circuits
Thursday session 1 - 4pm Skiing Specific Strength
Thursday session 2 - 5pm Skiing Specific Strength
Saturday session 1 - 10am Full Body Circuit Work
Saturday session 2 - 11am Full Body Circuit Work
Yoga / Flexibility Session
