The 2019-2020 TBR Overseas Camp a great success, with plenty of power, good times and athlete progression.
TBR strives to deliver leading edge training services o developing athletes and the addition of a live in physiotherapist this year proved extremely useful in ensuring our athletes could get the most out of their training.
With 19 ski days including 8 days on the Thanes mogul course, 6 days on the FIS spec Sunnyside mogul course and 3 skills course sessions at the Utah Olympic Park, it’s safe to say the training was physically demanding. Despite this massive training schedule - our Physio successfully managed the individual training loads and recovery resulting in zero days on snow missed due to fatigue and soreness from training!
