TBR FitLink is a live online dryland training platform where athletes receive live coaching and can engage as a group for training sessions whilst at home.
In contrast to the self directed training on the TBR Athlete Portal, the TBR FitLink allows user to engage socially and be motivated/pushed by a trainer!
Classes are limited to a maximum of 10 athletes per class to ensure the coach can give necessary feedback to all participants. Online classes will not be available for purchase once booked out - first in/paid for each week will get to book.

Tuesday 5:30pm Functional strength with Hamish Cox
Thursday's 6:00pm Mogul Yoga with Britt Cox
