TBR Spring Camp 2025 - Whistler, Canada
Dear TBR Families and Athletes, TBR overseas camps returned in a big way in March/April 2024, with an "epic" camp in Whistler, Canada, for all skiers and boarders covering all TBR training areas (Grom, Mogul, All-Mtn, Slopestyle and Snowboard). The parents/families who also went over had a great time, and can't wait to go back in 2025! 2025 Dates Saturday 29th March - TBR Supervised flight #1 departs Melbourne/Arrive in Vancouver & Whistler Sunday 30th of March - First day on snow Saturday 5 April - TBR Supervised flight #2 departs Melbourne/Arrive in Vancouver & Whistler Thursday 17th of April - Last day on snow Friday 18th of April - TBR Supervised flight departs Vancouver/Arrives in Melbourne Sunday 20th of April in the morning. |

2025 Coaching/Staff
We have assembled an amazing team of coaches from the TBR coaching group, to coach the athletes on the 2025 camp.
Accommodation
Live-in Athletes - Whistler Athletes Centre
There will be limited spaces for athletes to stay with TBR at the Whistler Athletes Centre. This is for athletes attending the 3 week duration of the camp. Live-in athletes must be aged 14 and up (born 2006 to 2010). This is fully supervised accommodation by TBR staff, with designated staff members on-duty at all times.
Rooms are 2 athletes per room, assigned by the TBR staff.
The Whistler Athletes’ Centre is an accommodation and training facility, catering to high performance and development athletes, sport associations and clubs looking to train in any season at any venue in the Whistler.

Meals
Breakfast - Provided in the accommodation for live in athletes
Lunch - Athletes to provide for themselves, either packed lunch or at on-mountain restaurants. Note: for live in athletes we can take athletes shopping.
Dinner - Provided in the accommodation for live in athletes
Lift Passes
Epic Pass (Age 13+)
The epic pass is the best option and will also provide access to Perisher, Falls Creek and Hotham for the 2025 Australian winter season. Meaning this can be used at other off-mountain events.
Training
Training would commence Sunday 30th March with final day of training Thursday 17th April. Planned training schedule is 4 days on-snow and 1 day off.

6:30am-7am Wake-up
7am-7:30am Breakfast
7:30am-8am Warm-up
8:30am Depart for training
9am-12pm Morning training session
12pm-1pm Lunch on-mountain
1pm-3pm Afternoon session
4pm Arrive back at Accommodation
5pm Post training recovery
7pm Dinner
10pm Lights out
Airfares – Supervised Team Flights
We will be running two supervised flights for the camp this year. We are finalising the details with the travel agent on the best available option. The details for date are below for both the 3-week and 2-week programs.
Airfares – Own travel arrangements
If you are travelling as a family, you are welcome to travel on the same flights but due to numbers this year, we are reserving spots on the TBR group booking for athletes staying with TBR. I will advise of team flight details once we finalise details.
Passes

Transport/Transfers
Airport transfers will be via bus direct from the Vancouver Airport (YVR) to Whistler.
Transport to and from training will be done via the Whistler Transit system which has a stop located outside the Whistler Athletes Centre.
Training Athlete / Live with Parents
Athletes training but not staying with TBR are welcome.
This includes all Grom age athletes (born 2012-2015) and any other athletes staying separately with parents/guardians.
These athletes will join TBR for training activities only and will have lunch on-mountain with the team. All other meals are the responsibility of parents/guardians
Accommodation options
