TBR Awards Criteria
Grom Athlete of the year (male and female)
Athlete of the year awards are based on performance in competition. For TBR Grom Athletes this includes interschools results in Jnats, Buller Slopestyle, Abom Mogul Challenge Youth Competition, Interschools moguls, ski cross and alpine.
Grom Progression Award (male and female)
Progression awards are selected by the coaches of the program area based on the performance and skill improvement of the athletes. The athlete who stands out for taking their freestyle skiing discipline to the next level throughout the year will receive this award.
Mogul Athlete of the year (male and female)
Athlete of the year awards are based on performance in competition. For TBR Mogul Athletes this includes interschools results in Jnats, Interschools moguls, Abom Mogul Challenge as well as any other mogul competitions attended nationally or internationally.
Mogul Progression Award (male and female)
Progression awards are selected by the coaches of the program area based on the performance and skill improvement of the athletes. The athlete who stands out for taking their freestyle skiing discipline to the next level throughout the year will receive this award.
Slopestyle Athlete of the year (male and female)
Athlete of the year awards are based on performance in competition. For Slopestyle Athletes this includes interschools results in Buller Slopestyle, interschools slopestyle as any other slopestyle competitions attended nationally or internationally.
Slopestyle Progression Award (male and female)
Progression awards are selected by the coaches of the program area based on the performance and skill improvement of the athletes. The athlete who stands out for taking their freestyle skiing discipline to the next level throughout the year will receive this award.
All Mountain Athlete of the year (male and female)
Athlete of the year awards are based on performance in competition. For All Mountain athletes this includes Jnats, Buller Slopestyle, Freebom, Abom Mogul Challenge and all Interschools downhill skiing events.
All Mountain Progression Award (male and female)
Progression awards are selected by the coaches of the program area based on the performance and skill improvement of the athletes. The athlete who stands out for taking their freestyle skiing discipline to the next level throughout the year will receive this award.
Snowboard Athlete of the year (male and female)
Athlete of the year awards are based on performance in competition. For Snowboard athletes this includes results in The Buller Slopestyle, interschools slopestyle as any other slopestyle competitions attended nationally or internationally.
Snowboard Progression Award (male and female)
Progression awards are selected by the coaches of the program area based on the performance and skill improvement of the athletes. The athlete who stands out for taking their snowboarding to the next level throughout the year will receive this award.
Mark Adams Scholarship
Since 2008 Adams Estate Agents have awarded a TBR Mogul athlete with a scholarship in the form of a $3000 contribution to TBR overseas camp program fees. This is award is selected by the TBR Head mogul coach, TBR Coaching and Performance Director and TBR General Manager. Selection for this award considers merit in the following:

- Potential to progress in the athlete pathway
- Commitment to attending upcoming TBR and/or Snow Australia or Institute overseas camps in the upcoming northern winter
